Just before Thanksgiving I decided our knives needed sharpening. I brought in several kitchen knives and gardening clippers, plus the big, manual hedge trimmer, I called the night before and brought everything in by 9am. I was told they would be done by 3pm that day. It was a busy shopping day and I called early to see if they were done. They said I could pickup all the sharpened items at 2:30. I was pleased by their timing and phone availability. I was THRILLED when I got home and used the knives. They were expertly sharpened and CLEANED (the gardening tools were shiny clean!). I soon set about getting Thanksgiving foods prepped. I could not believe the difference with the knives! It was a joy to use the sharpened knives! They were expertly sharpened and made a huge difference with my Thanksgiving preparations! I will tell all my friends and definitely use Superior Sharpening Services again! I took my kitchen knives as well as a bench made pocket knife that is very important to me. Rob did the job in half an hour and everything is just as sharp, if not sharper, than the day I bought them. Bench made offers life time sharping but Rob insured me that he would make it factory sharp without going through the hassle of shipping it out. He kept good on his promise. Will be back. Oh and for 6 knives it only cost $30

I've been going to Rob for years. The first time I went, I took several old but very nice knives that I thought had been ruined by another person who was an "alleged" knife sharpener. Rob did an amazing job! Brought them back from the dull and dead. Don't waste your time going anywhere else . . . even if you live an hour or more away. Rob can sharpen anything and always does a great job at a fair price!

We have had some Cutco knives for 25 years as well as a pair of high end Japanese Chef knives and took them to Superior Sharpening. WOW! Although Cutco offers free sharpening for life (minor $9 shipping fee), Superior returned these sharper than I have ever experienced (Sorry Cutco). These were so sharp I now approach using these knives with extreme caution. One of the knives cut through a lemon on what felt like only the weight of the knife! Awesome. I'm a fan....

If I did review earlier, I have to again. Every single time I use my kitchen knife, I want to thank him again and again! No kidding, Rob did a fantastic job with my knives and scissors. I've never had knives this sharp - even when brand new! Rob sharpened our knives while we waited. In and our 15 minutes. Very friendly and there is a small thrift shop a few doors down to kill the time. Definitely will bring him my future business and highly recommend his services.

I brought five of my pro-grade knives here because they were to the point of tomato crushing dull. I got back five scalpels. The knives were treated with all the respect they deserve and when I picked them up I was told I would be happy with them and I greatly am.
